Edu Seidenthal

Educator dedicated to inspiring people and teams to express their humanities. Inspired by African Ubuntu Ethics, he works as a coach, team facilitator and speaker in Ubuntu Leadership Programs for various organizations, and serves as President of Ubuntu Leaders Academy in Latin America. Coach trained by four different schools: ICI in Brazil, Integral Coaching Canada, Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network in Chile, and Institute for Generative Leadership in the USA. He also has an MBA from Babson College (USA) and a degree in Business Administration from FGV (Brazil). And has various complementary training programs for self-knowledge, including clowning, organic agriculture, and yoga. Before dedicating to the development of leaders, teams, and companies, he had more than 10 years' experience in multinationals such as Unilever, Philip Morris, Whirlpool, reaching the position of Marketing Director for Latin America at Johnson & Johnson, his last executive position.
